Subway entering in market in USA by franchising. The first franchise opened in Wallingford, Connecticut. Franchising is a very wrathful way to entering and spreading business in USA. Most of the Subway branches are franchise as it is a very low risk approach to spreading business.

 

On the other hand, all the existing branches in India are franchise. As a fast food company franchising is the better way to enter in international market as well as in India. There is no way to supply food from USA to India but the franchiser can use value of Subway quality to be benefited himself and the company by producing Subway products.
